Affiliation Fees 2011

Affiliation fees are required to enable the Otago Primary School Sports Association to organise and run the various sports events throughout the year.
All OPSSA Schools will receive an Affiliation fee invoice in Term 1 and your schools prompt attention to the payment of this invoice would be greatly appreciated.
Affiliation fee structure are based on school size and location and are as follows.

	U4	$50.00
	U5	$60.00
	Colleges	$40.00
South Otago - East Otago North Otago - Central Otago Schools	All	$20.00

Notes:

OPSSA Affiliation fees received from schools after April 15 will incur a late fee of $20.00 in addition to the schools applicable Affiliation fee.
Only schools that have paid their OPSSA Affiliation fee and any applicable late fee will be eligible to enter students in Athletic events.
Student entries in the Otago Championship Athletics event are via the OPSSA online entering system which only accepts entries from OPSSA Affiliated Schools.

If you are unsure as to whether your school has paid their OPSSA Affiliation fee for 2011 you can look under Affiliated Schools Section of this website.
If your Schools name is not on the Affiliated Schools page then OPSSA does not have a record of your payment. This list is updated daily.

Payment can be made by either of the two following methods.

1.	Cheque	If paying by cheque please add 35c to your cheque to cover bank clearance fees
2.	Direct	OPSSA Bank Details:	Account Number:	030905 0016605 00
			Reference:	Schoolname + AF11
				(ie Greenisland AF11)
